A Message from the Athletic Director

Getting to know the Athletic Director

Tyler Savage is excited to bring his experience of both interscholastic and intercollegiate athletics to FCA.  While attending Liberty University and studying sport management, he worked with the Men's Basketball Program in several different capacities. After returning to his home in Orlando, Florida, Mr. Savage spent 3 years working for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) as a Supervisor and Athletic Official for their National Championship and Supershowcase Tournaments, hosted at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. While in the Central Florida area, Mr. Savage also served as the Director of Sports Information at The Master’s Academy of Oviedo.  In addition to his role as the Director of Sports Information at The Master’s Academy, Mr. Savage also spent time as a Basketball Coach and Game/Site Manager.

Mr. Savage is bringing in coaching, officiating, athletic administration, and event management experience. It is this holistic approach that Mr. Savage will use in order to help take FCA Athletics to the next level. Now, as he looks forward to his time as the Athletic Director at FCA, his focus is on three main goals: Faith Declared, Culture of Excellence, and Growth Mindset.
